Guadalajara's Industrial Boom: Over 473,000 m² Under Construction

Demand for industrial spaces in Guadalajara, Jalisco, continues to rise. According to data from the Solili platform, as of October, 15 industrial buildings are under construction in the city, representing a total of 473,000 m², 40% of which are still available.
“Developers are showing growing interest in launching new projects in this industrial market,” reported the real estate platform.
Major developers such as Parks, G-Industrial, Plataforma Park, Kampus Desarrollos, and Aliah Developments are leading the construction of these new industrial spaces.
“The industrial growth of Guadalajara’s market has attracted more developers to the city, resulting in the construction of new industrial parks. Notable examples include Pulso Inmobiliario with Pulso Park El Salto and Aliah Developments with Parque Industrial El Salto,” the report noted.
Additionally, the new projects are being developed in industrial parks such as El Salto Park III, Plataforma Park, Parque Industrial El Salto, Flex Park, Nextipark, Kampus Santa Rosa 2, and Centro Logístico Jalisco, among others.
Solili highlighted that the industrial corridor accounting for the largest share of construction is:
- El Salto: 83%
- López Mateos Sur: 14%
- Zapopan Norte: 3%
