TitanX announced that it will expand its operations at its plant in Ramos Arizpe , Coahuila, in order to increase its production levels and meet the growing demand for its products in the North American market.

Krzysztof Cuber, director of the plant, said that they chose Coahuila to continue increasing their presence because it is one of the most competitive states in the country and its proximity to the border makes their operations easier.

"The support we have had over the years has helped us grow and for this reason we have consolidated ourselves as one of the strongest companies in the region," he said.

Likewise, he said that with this expansion his complex in the Amistad Aeropuerto Industrial Park will be 23,000 square meters.

In this context, he said that its current production capacity is 270 refrigeration modules for tractor-trailers per year , but with this project it will increase by 40% and reach 400 components and an increase in its workforce of 250 collaborators.

The manager added that, although it is not yet a fact, they are in talks with other group plants in the United States and Europe to increase their product catalog and manufacture parts for electric tractor-trailers .

“Our supply of prints and plastics will be 100% local suppliers in a maximum of one year; however, we currently do not have someone to supply us with aluminum coils and we import them from the United States”, he concluded.
