Cactus Valley allocates 136 million pesos for a new industrial park in Coahuila

With an investment of 136 million pesos , the Cactus Valley real estate group presented the project of an industrial park located in Parras de la Fuente and that will serve as a strategic point to unite the automotive industry of the Southeast Region (Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe and Arteaga ) with the Laguna Region (Torreón and Gómez Palacio).
The project consists of the construction of the industrial park - which will have an investment of 98 million pesos - and the start-up of the Mammoth Museum, to which 38 million pesos will be allocated for the opening. The generation of 1,000 new jobs is expected.
The intention of the industrial park is to develop light and world-class industry, taking care of the essence of the magical town at all times, since they have contemplated implementing a mixed soil, having a minimum water consumption in the 40 hectares of construction, using renewable energy like wind and solar; In addition, it will have the novelty of having type "A" buildings, a characteristic of Industry 4.0 in communication, information, measurement and control.
According to Cactus Valley, this development has a logistics connectivity of 360 degrees: towards the Port of Mazatlán (in the Pacific); to the port of Tampico (the Gulf of Mexico); to Eagle Pass (on the northern border) and to Mexico City (in the center of the country) facilitating the installation of global companies.
At the moment, there are five companies in the automotive sector interested in settling in this new complex, since some of the companies located in the Southeast Region intend to expand their operations throughout the state and the ease of logistics with the city of Parras would be a pressing issue. for said movement.
Ramiro Pérez, mayor of Parras de la Fuente, said that he hopes this project will integrate the cultural, commercial, and industrial issues and consolidate the development that the municipality deserves.
