Two industrial developments by Amistad Industrial Developers have been selected as finalists in the “Best Sustainable Project” category at the prestigious GRI Awards Mexico 2025, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building efficient and environmentally responsible industrial spaces across northern Mexico.
Strategic Industrial Sites in Coahuila Gain National Recognition
The two projects recognized are:
- SAF Holland Group in Piedras Negras South Industrial Park, Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
- Bendix in Acuña, Coahuila.
Both facilities represent the integration of sustainable design, operational efficiency, and strategic industrial infrastructure tailored to global clients, while generating long-term value for local communities and supply chains.
