VYNMSA, one of Mexico's leading industrial park developers and builders, has laid the cornerstone for its new project, the VYNMSA Ramos Arizpe Industrial Park IV, which involves an investment of approximately $200 million.
Strategically located at the northwest of the Old Saltillo-Castaños Highway, at the intersection with Saltillo’s Northwest Bypass, the new complex spans 70 hectares. It will include 20 industrial buildings geared toward world-class companies, as well as two speculative buildings of more than 10,000 and 20,000 square meters.
Mario Chapa del Campo, CEO of VYNMSA, stated that this park represents a pivotal step in the company’s expansion within Coahuila, reinforcing its commitment to contributing to the state’s development.
The VYNMSA Ramos Arizpe Industrial Park IV will provide state-of-the-art services and infrastructure, offering the optimal conditions for efficient operations and supporting the growth of national and international companies in Coahuila.
"New investments and new jobs mean more opportunities for our people," stated Coahuila Governor Manolo Jiménez.
