Ultra AC Desarrollos bets strongly with an investment of 450 million pesos to build Ultra Park Toluca I

Recently, the company Ultra AC Desarrollos announced that it will invest 450 million pesos to develop its new industrial park Ultra Park Toluca I in the capital of the State of Mexico.
It should be noted that this project will be generating more than 15,000 direct and indirect jobs in the region.
Ultra AC Desarrollo is recognized for developing high-end residential complexes and is now venturing into the construction of industrial parks .
Revitalization of the industrial supply in the Toluca area
In the work meeting with the directors of this company, Alfredo Del Mazo Maza, Governor of the State of Mexico, shared that, with housing projects in San Mateo Atenco and Metepec, this company expands its portfolio in the industrial development segment and assured that their presence will further boost an industry.
“We met with the directors of Ultra AC Desarrollos, a Mexican company dedicated to real estate development, to talk about their new Ultra Park #Toluca I project, which will generate 15,000 jobs,” he shared.
The president pointed out that the experience and knowledge of this company in the residential segment will be reflected in this new project, which will revitalize the industrial offer in the Toluca area.
