The Committee for Economic Development of Matamoros (CODEM) celebrated its 14th Golf Tournament

The event brought together over 100 players from various sectors of the manufacturing industry in Tamaulipas and Texas. Grecia Zertuche, Director of CODEM, explained that the tournament stood out for fostering new business relationships throughout the day.

"The essence of the tournament goes beyond competition on the golf course; it promotes camaraderie and strengthens commercial connections through networking with local and foreign suppliers and investors," said Zertuche.
The main objective of this tournament, according to Zertuche, is to encourage unity between the sister cities of Matamoros and Brownsville, fostering active and positive collaboration to contribute to binational economic prosperity and diversity.

The first place in the 14th CODEM Golf Tournament was secured by the team from the Crowe company's Matamoros office.
