Mencorsa lays the first stone for the construction of a new industrial park in Coahuila

With the objective of continuing to improve the infrastructure in the state, Mencorsa laid the first stone to begin the construction of the Fundidores Industrial Park in the municipality of Frontera, Coahuila.

With this fact, they will seek to continue attracting investments in the Central Region of the entity, which in the last year has increased considerably with the arrival of different companies, especially from the railway sector.

Arturo Mendel, president of Grupo Mencorsa , thanked the state authorities for their support and highlighted the synergy between the private and public sectors to promote economic development in the region.

He said that the complex will have a territorial extension of 44 hectares and will be located on the Salinas de Gortari bypass and Avenida Acueducto in the city of Frontera; In addition, the investment will be for an amount of 100 million pesos to house companies from all sectors.

He also commented that in the more than 30 years that they have worked in the business sector, they have excelled in the construction of industrial parks in different parts of the country, such as San Luis Potosí, Querétaro and Coahuila.

"Today we are starting this park and we are sure that it will trigger investment for the municipalities of Frontera, Castaños, Monclova and San Buenaventura," declared the manager.

Finally, Arturo Mendel announced that the first project to be developed in the place will be the construction of an 8,000-square-meter industrial warehouse, which will have energy, gas, water, and drainage services for any company that needs it.
