In an effort to boost economic development in the eastern part of the metropolitan area of Guadalajara, the company Alliuz will carry out its first expansion project in Jalisco.
To mark the occasion, the first stone has been laid and the official start of the construction of the Alliuz Business Park Tonalá has been announced. This park will be located on the Periférico Oriente and along the so-called Camino a El Vado, with plans for it to be completed within the next nine months.
Alliuz, a brand founded by G Industrial, has been involved in industrial transactions for the past 30 years. With the construction of this new facility, the company aims to embody excellence and collaboration in the world of industrial parks in both Mexico and the United States.
Santiago García, commercial director of Alliuz, stated that the installation of the industrial park represents the significant progress the company has made in recent years and is a commitment to the development of Jalisco. He emphasized that the state is a hub for the growth of industries and businesses.
"These projects represent the growth of our company and also our commitment to the industrial economic development of Jalisco. We are convinced that Jalisco is a center of industrial and business development," García expressed.
By investing in the state, a large portion of Alliuz's investments are concentrated in the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara. The commercial director pointed out that at least four out of every ten pesos invested by the company go into the Jalisco capital and its surroundings.
"We have decided to allocate 40% of our investments to the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara, betting on innovation, infrastructure, and the creation of opportunities that drive the sustainable development process of the region," he emphasized.
With the industrial park being set up in the municipality of Tonalá, Alliuz is betting on the vision of growth and development that the area has shown in recent years, according to García.
For this reason, Alliuz is contributing to the goal of making Tonalá—the fifth most populous municipality in Jalisco—a benchmark for industry, attracting large companies, and promoting competitiveness in the region.
"Our goal is to help Tonalá become an industry benchmark, attracting high-level companies and promoting global competitiveness," García stated.
The Alliuz Business Park is expected to be ready in nine months, and it is anticipated that it will generate up to 1,500 new jobs.
According to Tomás López Rocha, an investor in Alliuz's Tonalá projects, this new industrial park embodies the three "C"s: Trust, Commitment, and Quality, making it the ideal place to encourage investment in Tonalá.
First and foremost, Trust is sought from partners and developers of the project; López Rocha also stressed the importance of Commitment, ensuring that investors find a suitable location for their investments, and that the jobs created at the industrial park offer well-paid wages with appropriate working conditions.
As for Quality, the industrial park is projected to have top-notch facilities. Located in the municipality of Tonalá, it will have a well-connected infrastructure, linking it to significant sites such as the New Periférico, the highway to Zapotlanejo, the Free Highway, the Macrolibramiento, the New Bus Terminal, and the Guadalajara International Airport, among others, as highlighted by Mayor Sergio Chávez.
