Groundbreaking for Top Park Laguna in Torreón, Coahuila

Construction has commenced on the Top Park Laguna industrial park in Torreón, Coahuila, with a $20 million investment. The project, spanning 26 hectares, is focused on catering to businesses in light industry, manufacturing, distribution, and commercialization sectors.
Top Park Laguna, strategically located at the La Perla junction, offers lots ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 square meters. The industrial park specializes in serving companies that provide services to larger transformation enterprises. Carlos Javier Gutiérrez Valdés, founding partner and commercial director of Top Desarrollos, emphasized the park's design to provide large companies with suitable spaces for suppliers, aligning with the current growth of the city.
In addition to water, drainage, and electricity infrastructure, Top Park Laguna features a precast concrete perimeter wall, security with controlled access, 19-meter paved roads, and voice and data systems. The location's connectivity extends to major transportation routes across the country, including Saltillo, Monterrey, Laredo, Monclova, Piedras Negras, Eagle Pass, as well as Zacatecas, Mexico City, Durango, and Mazatlán.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the industrial complex was presided over by Mayor Román Alberto Cepeda González, with investment partners José Antonio Ramos Moreno and José Antonio Ramos Favela in attendance. Also present were Adrián Ofelio Leal Ayala, a partner of Top Park Laguna, and Julio César Quintero Rodríguez, founding partner and operations director of Top Desarrollos.
This project underscores the commitment to promoting economic development and creating opportunities for growth and advancement in Torreón, Coahuila.
