Fondo DTL will fulfill an investment
higher than 900 million pesos on a Project that will include three stages in
Aguascalientes.
It is Meridianpark, a great commercial
complex south the city that will be built in a 22 hectares property land.
The first stage will be developed on a
33,000 square meters area, of which 7,500 will belong to the leasable
commercial part with services offer, restaurants and business centers of
leading brands nationally.
It will have convenient stores,
commercial locations, restaurants, movie theater, medical clinic,
transportation central, lineal park and a Fairfield Inn and Suites hotel, from
the international chain Marriott, focused on business tourism, 141 rooms, and
will also have a business center, breakfast table, lobby, gymnasium and
swimming pool.
That is how Bernardo Lew Kirsh,
president of the Board of Directors, together with Martin Orozco Sandoval,
governor of the state, settled the foundation stone of what they consider will
be in a medium-term an icon of the inclusive development in Aguascalientes and
reference point to national and foreign visitors, for it size and
characteristics.
“The heart will be the lineal park that
will include around 4,000 square meters. Visitors will be able to walk,
exercise and be on a completely green environment, which will characterize this
great project as an icon of inclusive development in the Aguascalientes
entity,” said Bernardo Lew Kirsh.
Meanwhile, Francisco Xavier Navarro, finance
advisor of the Fondo DTL, said that the project started 24 months ago during
which they worked in the election of the best site to settle Meridianpark, and
choose the state for its great economic growth and business impulse.
The first stage of
the new development in Aguascalientes will be finished by the end of the
upcoming year.
