To promote, encourage, and
highlight active female participation in the business and industrial sectors,
the second edition of the Binational Women Leaders event, between Tamaulipas
and Texas, is scheduled for September 28.
The gathering, set to take place
on September 28 at the Mission Event Center, will serve as a focal point for
fostering connections, learning, and collaboration among various established
economic development hubs in Mexico and the United States. It marks a
binational cooperation in one of the world's most competitive regions.
Organized by the Binational Council for Economic Development
of Reynosa (Cobifer) and the company Commodities
Integrated Logistics (CIL), the event will feature different panels and
dialogues where women from various sectors will share their experiences,
serving as motivation for achieving new professional goals.
In 2022, during the first edition
of this event, various topics related to economic development were discussed,
sparking new job opportunities and the consolidation of new projects.
In recent years, women's
participation in industries and businesses in both countries has been gaining
momentum. Therefore, the second edition of Binational Women Leaders also aims
to promote their presence and involvement.
