Argo Industrial Park San Luis Potosi opened in SLP

Twenty-eight hectares in total integrate the new Argo Industrial Park San Luis Potosi, same designed by the company Argo Construcciones and designed by the Industrial Parks Mexican Standard NMX-R-046-SCFI-2015.

“This is an already achieved investment, it was built with the best in industrial infrastructure, this park has been done with the vision of being safe, with all the needed technological scopes,” said Felix Bocard, general director of Argo Construcciones.

With a total of 13 lots, the smallest of 10,000 square meters, companies currently established are Tylsa, Mexican company, Bicicletas Mercurio, Mexican company; Grupo Herdac, Mexican company being built and SKS, Swede company in construction.

The second project of Argo Grupo Industrial, in which were invested 500 million pesos; and compared with the Millennium Industrial park which is focused on companies from the automotive and logistics sector, Argo Industrial Park San Luis Potosi is designed for any kind of industry requiring to reduce transportation times.

The facilities were built with the first-world infrastructure, quality in drainage systems, water supply, electric services, firefighting system network designed under the standard NFPA implemented in industrial parks in the United States and Europe, paved roads, among others.

“We are lucky to be in the best-located city in Mexico, we are in the central corridor, we were at the industrial boom, we are close to the border, in the golden triangle and for us it represents that this city we love has grown and we can give work to many inhabitants in San Luis Potosi,” said Gerardo Bocard, director of Argo Grupo Industrial.

LONG-TERM PROJECTION 

For the upcoming years they have anticipated finishing the construction of an industrial park in the new industrial corridor, in the municipality of Soledad de Graciano Sanchez, for which is required an investment of about 200 million pesos, on a first stage it will have 85 hectares, then a second and third stage will take place to reach a total of 300 hectares, and it will be addressed for all kind of companies.

The company Toyoda is being built in the municipality of Venado, which will generate between 800 and 1,000 jobs, to develop the municipalities of Charcas, Moctezuma and Villa de Arista.
