VYNMSA’s SPEC V: A New Benchmark for Industrial Innovation in Guanajuato

VYNMSA has unveiled its new SPEC V industrial building, located within the VYNMSA Guanajuato Industrial Park. The initial construction spans 5,765 m², with expansion potential of up to 15,564 m², situated on a total area of 13,072 m².

During an Open House event, VYNMSA highlighted the building's innovation, efficiency, and growth potential, designed to meet the needs of both domestic and international businesses.

A world-class facility

The building’s design incorporates advanced technology and AAA standards, including a steel structure with KR-18 roofing, skylights covering 4% of the surface to maximize natural light, and thermal insulation in the roofing to reduce energy consumption and improve ventilation.

The perimeter walls are constructed with prefabricated concrete panels, featuring a lateral section of sheet metal to facilitate future expansions.

The facility includes three docks, expandable to five, along with parking for 42 vehicles and designated areas for logistical operations.

Another notable feature is its flexibility, as the unfinished flooring allows clients to implement custom adaptations, such as installing industrial equipment or specialized systems.
