Vesta SAP to invest 90 million dollars in SLP

Aiming to attract more investment
capital to the SLP entity in order to strengthen the industry development and
more formal employment opportunities are originated, Vesta SAP will invest 90
million dollars in San Luis Potosi.

of Latin America for the YPO/WPO Real Estate Network, Francisco Estrada Gomez,
Regional director of the Bajio area, Diego Berho, Development vice-president
and the State governor, Juan Manuel Carreras, announced this project during the
Industrial Fair Hannover Mess.
During the next five years, the
real estate corporation will be dedicated to consolidate the manufacturing
growth in the entity, positioning as one of the main investment attraction
poles in the country.
The Logistik II Park will be the area
in which Vesta SAP will start the construction of its real estate complex; two
buildings will be constructed as first stage with an extension of 30,000 m2.
In addition, they will fulfill a project in 43 hectares, which answers to the growing dynamic before the arrival of more capitalization projects and supply chains linked to leading companies that are installed in the entity, such as BMW and its automobiles premium line.
With a strong presence in 13
cities of the country, Vesta SAP is present in the Bajio, North and Center of
the country, where they have developed more than 2.5 million square meters in
industrial buildings; in addition, they have fulfilled projects at the Tres
Naciones Park in San Luis Potosi.
