3. Access Control – Registration and tracking of all personnel and visitors.
4. Commercial Partner Oversight – Procedures for vetting tenants and vendors.

6. Transport Security – Inspection protocols for trailers, containers, and railcars.
7. Personnel Security – Hiring standards and employee verification.
8. Information Security – Safeguards for sensitive data and communications.
