In the presence of Charles El-Mann Metta, CEO of Parks ; Charles El-Mann Jafif, Vice President of Fibra Una and Ángel Zuppa Núñez, Mayor of Tepotzotlán; Alfredo del Mazo, governor of the State of Mexico, attributed the economic potential of the region to its productive force, talent and qualified workforce.
He added that since the beginning of the administration, the opportunity that the state has to become the most important logistics center in the country is still being promoted , by being located in the largest consumption area in the Republic, and having a wide road infrastructure, railway or airport, which facilitate the movement of goods
He also encouraged investors to continue trusting in Edoméx, and reiterated the commitment of his administration to provide the necessary conditions and help companies grow, including having adequate roads, security and other services that give certainty to private initiative.
"That they continue to trust the State of Mexico, the companies that are installed here, that come here to invest, to rent these warehouses, to be part of this development, of this park, also to reiterate the commitment that there is on the part of the government of the state so that these industrial parks that we have in the entity are in good condition, have adequate access, viability, security and adequate services for the companies that you represent, ”he said.
He highlighted that in this period, various industries focused on electronic commerce, logistics or distribution arrived at the entity, which are sectors that detonated in the confinement stage, and highlighted, among others, the investment of Fibra Una for Temex Park , which was It will become the largest industrial park in Latin America, with an investment of 15,000 million pesos.
"Investment in the State of Mexico has not stopped, it even increased during this time, why did it increase? Because to a large extent electronic commerce, having the proximity of merchandise with consumption, became very important, and this has allowed us that a large number of companies that base their business on distribution, on logistics have come to settle in the State of Mexico.
Charles El-Mann Metta, CEO of Parks , specified that this industrial complex was built under the highest standards of quality, technology and safety, which has an area of more than 500,000 square meters , and will trigger the economic development of this area of the state.
