The Market Analysis team conducted visits to 14 industrial markets
during 2021; as a result, the company updates and confirms the reported
absorption and availability data, as well as obtaining accurate and current
photographs. In total, 1,930.2 km have been traveled to obtain verified
information on the second quarter of the year.
Marcos Álvarez, Business Intelligence Director of Market Analysis,
reported that the team has attended events such as inaugurations and
groundbreaking ceremonies for different industrial parks and companies. On July
13, for example, they attended the laying of the first stone of the sixth stage
of the Marabis Industrial Park in Castro del Rio, Guanajuato.
They also attended the inauguration of the IGS REY PHARR II warehouse in
Reynosa and of Stiva Santa Catarina; the laying of the first stones of the
Vesta Puebla warehouse and of the Sumitomo company in GP Pocket Park Oriente
Nuevo León; and the benefit delivery of Upsite Park Tijuana.
