Knipping Kunststofftechnik Inaugurates Its Third Plant in Tlaxcala with a \$65 Million Investment

Knipping Kunststofftechnik, a company renowned for its expertise in automotive components, has officially inaugurated its third plant in Mexico, located in the Huamantla Industrial Park in Tlaxcala. This new facility represents a significant investment of $65 million and further consolidates the company’s presence in the country. It is expected to become a key driver in strengthening the regional automotive supply chain.

 

The inauguration ceremony was attended by representatives of the Central Zone Automotive Cluster (CLAUZ), who highlighted the importance of this investment for the development of the automotive industry. Special recognition was given to Hugo Ruiz, Director of Knipping Automotive, for his leadership and strategic vision, which have been crucial to the company’s expansion in Mexico.

 

The Government of Tlaxcala, through the Ministry of Economic Development (SEDECO), also participated in the event to reaffirm its commitment to attracting investments and supporting industrial projects in the region. According to state representatives, this plant is a prime example of how public-private collaboration can have a positive impact on the local economy.

 

The new Knipping facility aims to meet the growing demand for automotive parts while generating high quality jobs and contributing to the well-being of local communities. This initiative positions Tlaxcala as a strategic hub for the automotive sector, attracting foreign investment and enhancing its competitiveness in the global market.
