ICCE advices about the management of INEGI digital platform

Mexico Industrial Maps was present at “INEGI
Products and Services” Training
Aiming to advice about how to use and read data from the Digital Platform of the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI, by its Spanish initials,) the Institute for Competitiveness and Foreign Trade of Nuevo Laredo (ICCE, by its Spanish initials) lectured a training course for members of the Mexico Industrial Maps team.
Last June 18th and
19th, members of the Mexico Industrial Maps team were present at the training
called “INEGI Products and Services,” which took place at the facilities of
Startup Mexico Campus Nuevo Laredo.
The course was
organized by the ICCE and taught by Abel de Leon Mendoza, representative of the
external network and Cesar Castillo Gomez, state promotion chief.
The objective of ICCE
encourages competitiveness by the knowledge of information, research and
statistics, which will allow the present to read information about indicators
and georeferences management to be able to project and support studies and
projects.
The course included
the management of the following information technology tools:
• INEGI’s Website
• México in figures
• National Statistical
Directory of Economic Units (DENUE)
• Intercensal Survey

At the end of the training, Jorge A. Vinals, general director of ICCE, granted the personnel that taught such training a recognition for their informative work in this project.
