The leading trade exhibition
for floor covering expands its network to Mexico. Which will take place on October 15th
to 19th at the Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City, this exhibition is
the next step of Deutsche Messe for the globalization of the brand
DOMOTEX. As result of an agreement among
international Deutsche Messe and UBM exhibitions international organizers, the
event will be launched at Expo CIHAC.
DOMOTEX Mexico, will be
focused on the Mexican market and the needs of buyers specialized on floor
coverings and of the construction industry, including constructers,
distributors, manufacturers and designers.
The commercial exhibition will present products in the carpet’s
segments, soft and hard surfaces such as LVT and wooden floors, as well as
floors technology.
Until 2020, is
anticipated that the floors and carpets demand in Mexico will increase 3.4
percent per year until reaching the 385 million square meters, accelerating the
rhythm of the period 2010-2015. In
addition, it is foreseen that the production of floors and carpets in Mexico
will grow 3.4 percent a year until 2020, exceeding the 360 million square meters. National producers will be also benefited on
this period of a growing internal demand.
For more than 30 years,
DOMOTEX has supported exhibitors of the carpet and floor coverages industry in
the presentation and sales of its products in the more promising markets
worldwide.
