3 million dollars were invested in their Center for Customer Experience

Grupo Modelo opened its Center for Customer Experience in Aguascalientes, where they will serve more than 14 countries, therefore 350 formal jobs will be generated which will include people with disabilities, since it is a socially responsible company.
The company leader in the elaboration, distribution and sale of beer in Mexico invested 3 million dollars on its new facilities. During the event was held a tour through the new Center for Customer Experience where the work of executives was observed performing their work through 10 service lines for sales shipment, legal issues, of personnel and taxes and more than 70 processes.
Later, Andres Gutierrez Fernandez, legal vice-president and corporate affairs from Grupo Modelo, said that Aguascalientes continues to be a referent State in Mexico due to its people, development, growth, stability, infrastructure and strategic location.
Likely, Carlos Sanchez Fanjul, vice-president of solutions from Grupo Modelo, said that in the last three years an economic revenue of almost 1 billion pesos has been generated, exceeding the projected growth objectives. Likely, he added that Grupo Modelo has in Aguascalientes a telesales project, in that sense he explained that these jobs are of high added value, fulfilling the promise of generating job spaces that offer new perspectives to the State’s population.
Martin Orozco Sandoval, governor of Aguascalientes, underlined that the paradigm of jobs and investments is being broken with the arrival of capitals in activities such as information technologies, clean energies, agricultural reconversion, of services and advanced manufacturing.
Finally, Luis Ricardo Martinez Castaneda, secretary of
Economic Development (SEDEC, by its Spanish initials) highlighted that better
economic conditions are being generated in the State which let see a positive
future for the region and to continue going forward in the diversification
plan, supported by capability, talent and determination of the entity’s
population.
