15 companies from the Bajio area were awarded as best place to work

One of the keys to improve business results, comes from a complete understanding of the environment, the market and of its current health of it, that is why Great Place To Work works together with companies and enterprises that want to achieve a suitable level of satisfaction of its collaborators.

 At the Bajio, 15 companies were awarded as best places to work, among them the first 4 are: Metalsa, from San Luis Potosi; third place Marriott, from Aguascalientes; in second place, Complejos Residenciales; and first place for Wurth Elektronik, located in Irapuato, Guanajuato.

 This recognition credits the German company of having an organization culture and promotion of policies and practices that improve the life quality of people inside the organism.

 An Organizational Culture based on their Become a Model highlights in the company, which means feel as part of the company, commit, guide others and fulfill promises, this to generate confidence among collaborators.

 The process for the Great Place to Work certification is a measure to quantify the strengths of the culture from an organization and capitalize the best practices in culture management around the world, to optimize improvement opportunities and with that provide value to the business growth.

 Organizations certified by Great Place to Work, are competitively positioned in reputational matters, by creating a culture based in trust positively impacting business results.

 Every year, organizations compare and assess their culture with the one from the most successful organizations in the world and, this is how recognition is achieved in a company.

 The process to obtain this Certification begins with the survey “Trust Index” which is answered by employees, who qualify the fellowship, impartiality, trust and respect of the company.

 Later, there is a cultural report to detail the practices, results are analyzed, certification is promoted and if they have a good percentage, companies are certified with the recognition.

 The High Trust Consulting methodology from Great Place to Work, helps organizations to assess, improve and keep a high confidence culture that allows its employees betting on the organization success.
