obtain this Certification begins with the survey “Trust Index” which is
answered by employees, who qualify the fellowship, impartiality, trust and
respect of the company.
Later, there is
a cultural report to detail the practices, results are analyzed, certification
is promoted and if they have a good percentage, companies are certified with
the recognition.
