YKK Mexico lays foundation stone for its solar power plant in Guanajuato

In order to improve its impact on the environment, YKK Grupo México laid the first stone of what will be the Solar Power and Water Treatment Plant.
Alejandro Hernández Fonseca, undersecretary of Investment Attraction of the Secretariat of Sustainable Economic Development of Guanajuato, recognized the commitment to the environment that the Japanese company has by having decided to build a solar power plant , which will help reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and thereby contribute to the sustainable development of Guanajuato.
The Japanese company will also have a Water Treatment Plant . The start-up is consolidated on an area of almost 12,000 square meters of land and will have an installed capacity of 1,200 kilowatts of power. These actions are the result of the great environmental and social commitment that YKK has .
