WTC III Industrial Park: New Logistics Hub Set to Shape San Luis Posi

Michelle Porrino, CEO of the WTC III project, revealed in December last year that the consolidation of the Industrial Park WTC III will commence in the first semester of 2024, as reported to a San Luis Potosí media outlet.

Situated in the northeastern edge of the San Luis Potosí metropolitan area, this park will host companies associated with logistic services.

The executive disclosed that one of the initial occupants of the WTC III park is a regional distribution center for a department store chain. It is anticipated that at least four other companies with similar operations will set up shop in 2024.

According to information obtained by Plano Informativo, the entire project covers an area of 93.8 hectares, located alongside Federal Highway 70, San Luis-Río Verde, merely 100 meters from the Eastern Bypass, near the Colinas de San Luis industrial park.

The WTC 3 project encompasses the construction of a logistics park tailored for companies offering equipment and services to the regional industry and commerce.
