After announcing they arrival to the municipality of Colon by the end of
2018, F&H Fibras, Chinese company which produces synthetic fibers with
recycled materials, celebrated the placement of their foundation stone.
The ceremony was headed by Francisco Dominguez Servien, governor of the
state of Queretaro, with the attendance of Jorge Chen, operative director of
F&H Fibras; Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, secretary of the Ministry of
Sustainable Development of the state of Queretaro; Alejandro Ochoa, mayor of
Colon; Jose Luis Aguilera Rico, secretary of Labor in the state of Queretaro,
among other outstanding personalities.
Such project will have an investment of more than 760 million pesos and
a perspective of job generation of more than 400 job positions on their first
stage.
The decision of trusting Queretaro to settle their first plant will be
supported by the best work environment and the best conditions of certainty for
their productive activity, assured the governor of Queretaro, who anticipated
that they have 30 investment projects at door for this 2019 which could
represent more than 5 thousand 600 million pesos, as well as generation of jobs
higher than 13 thousand positions.
“Today Queretaro and Colon open the door to China, with this we are
sending convincing signs to the world, by being facilitators, helping to
consolidate employment and work opportunities,” said Alejandro Ochoa, mayor of
Colon, said that thanks to governability strategies and of labor that they have
had together with the State Government with the municipality of Colon, today
another investment is consolidated.
A SIXTH INDUSTRIAL PARK WILL BE BUILD IN COLON
Likely, there was announced that DALE Desarrollos will be the real
estate group in charge of the construction of the new Colon Industrial Park,
adding up six industrial parks established in such municipality; during his
intervention, Manuel Rivadeneyra Diaz, partner of DALE Desarrollos, said that
the arrival of the F&H Fibras plant to the state reflects the approach of
China and Queretaro, the will to collaborate to promote the municipality’s
growth and of the State.
Meanwhile, Jorge Chen, operative director of F&H Fibras, underlined
the availability and support of state authorities which were important part to
settle the project in the municipality of Colon.
Before the end was explained that at the production will be held the
collection of PET material process for milling, washing and pelletized, until
its arrival to its transformation in fiber, same that will be settled on a
property land of DALE Desarrollos, F&H Fibra will be starting operations on
April this year, joining the two Chinese companies settled in the State during
2018.
It is important to underline that during the first term of the current
administration, it was achieved an important industrial development by
providing 4,500 formal jobs that benefited the people of Colon.
