Wikus will install a production plant in Querétaro

Wikus , a company of German origin, will install a production plant in the state of Querétaro to serve various industries .

The investment for the state of Querétaro was completed during the Hannover Messe , the most important industrial fair globally, which takes place in Germany.

Through a statement, the Secretariat for Sustainable Development (Sedesu) reported that this new production plant, of the leading company in the metal cutting sector, will specialize in the manufacture of circular and band saw blades.

At the event, Marco Antonio del Prete Tercero, head of Sedesu, held a meeting with the CEO of the group division, Michael Moeller, who discussed the operations of the company that stands out as Europe's largest manufacturer of band saws , meeting the needs of sectors such as steel, machinery and equipment, aerospace, automotive, construction, as well as energy.
