Vynmsa launches the second phase of its industrial park in Guanajuato

Located at the center of the most import industrial corridor in Mexico, Vynmsa Guanajuato Industrial Park has positioned as a world-class industrial complex that offers a strategic location for companies’ growth.

Currently, the first stage of the industrial park includes 13 hectares and three built buildings.

According to Vynmsa, two companies are already operating, one German and another Japanese.  In addition, the developer is in negotiation process with some other companies interested in being installed at the industrial park.

Vynmsa Guanajuato Industrial Park has their own electrical substation with a capability of 20 MVA, water well, availability of voice and data services, sanitary and pluvial drainage, hydraulic concrete roads, green areas and a preservation program of the natural environment, among others.

SECOND STAGE

The developer explained that they activated the second phase of the Vynmsa Guanajuato Industrial Park development, which observes 55 hectares of additional land to the already urbanized and that have all services.

On this stage is anticipated that about 22 new companies can be installed, mainly from German, Japanese and American origin.

“Nationalities are little more diverse, but continue being the same that already have found in Guanajuato a good site to settle their operations such as German, Japanese and America, as well as also from China and Korea, countries that have been seeking to increase the installation of their operations in the area,” said Vynmsa.

Regarding the industrial sectors, the arrival of companies mainly from the automotive industry, food and chemical are expected.

According to the developer, Guanajuato is an attractive State for the arrival of new investments for its logistic location, the facilities and support that generates the State Government for the development of new projects, the availability of young workforce that provides sustainable growth for companies and for the institutions and training programs that have been generated, among other characteristics.

NEW PROJECTS

Finally, Vynmsa announced that they are in continuous expansion and seeking new growth opportunities where there is development potential.

Vynmsa is present in more than 20 locations in the country where it has buildings ready for the installation of new companies.
