Vesta will invest in a new industrial park in Jalisco

The developer Vesta announced the investment of 110 million dollars, in the first stage of what will be an industrial park in El Salto, Jalisco, which will be located in the industrial walker that borders the Chapala road. This park will be designed for logistics and large format companies, and will take up to five years to build.
The Vesta Park will have a total of 30 hectares, which offers 150,000 leasable square meters, with the capacity to house between six and 12 companies.
Francisco Estrada López, vice president of Vesta, mentioned that the choice of location was the result of a one-year study, that El Salto had the necessary elements to carry out this project.
“In Vesta we will continue to serve large format users in logistics, electronic commerce and light manufacturing, in addition to continuing the flexibility of locating more than one company in each building. The potential of the Jalisco demographic bonus, the worldwide known capacity of its people and the dynamism that has developed in recent years, are factors that invite us to join in a cooperative effort to attract foreign investment in the state ”, said Estrada López.
He added that with this park the local supply will be promoted, as well as the generation of direct and indirect jobs and stressed that the construction also includes roads, distribution network of drinking water, as well as a treatment plant, given the conditions of its location, which they described as privileged by the industrial context that surrounds the area.

Vesta is 10 years old with a presence in Jalisco, especially in Lagos de Moreno. Large-scale and transnational companies such as Herdez and Nestlé have been installed in their industrial park developments, with two world-class distribution centers.
