With the aim of providing an innovative option to companies and industry in the region, the construction of the Orient Business Park began under a micro-city concept, where aspects aimed at promoting a culture of quality, work excellence and services are integrated. to the industry.
In the project they will invest 40 million dollars, distributed in 103,310 m2 of industrial land and the commitment to generate 100 direct jobs during the work, 300 indirect jobs and 1,000 jobs once the industrial park is in operation, which will help improve the quality of life of Guanajuato residents as part of the development and growth of Guanajuato.
Omar Antonio Pérez Enríquez, CEO of Orient Business Park, stated that through the development of this industrial complex, the sustainability and competitiveness that companies require towards strengthening the local economy is promoted.
He said that the objective is to bring together in a single point of convergence, facilities in accordance with the necessary services to implement actions that allow the workers and industrialists of the region, the maximum development of their capacities and potential.
The park is located in the municipality of Apaseo el Grande, Guanajuato, 800 meters away from the Toyota assembly plant, so they will take advantage of this industrial city created after the arrival of the Japanese automaker in order to join efforts in the strengthening of the local supplier.
“By locating ourselves in the central corridor and betting on the growth of the socioeconomic territory of Guanajuato and the Bajío region, we offer adequate spaces to facilitate the logistics operations of companies that supply Toyota or any other assembly plant located in the region,” he commented.
For his part, Mauricio Usabiaga Díaz Barriga , head of the Secretariat for Sustainable Economic Development (SDES), considered that this project contributes to the growth and dynamism of Guanajuato; In addition, he stressed that the development of the entity in recent years is dynamic and sustained, so the dynamic economic policy will be maintained, with job stability and certainty for investors.
Orient Business Park offers, in its first two stages of construction, 97 industrial buildings of various sizes, ranging from 274 square meters to 12,000 square meters, with the aim that all companies find a location that suits their needs. productive.
