TDI Manufacturing expands operations in Nuevo León with new plant and 1,000 jobs

TDI Manufacturing México inaugurated a new plant in the municipality of Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, as part of its expansion strategy in the state, where it has consolidated its growth in recent years. The project is expected to generate 1,000 jobs.

The new facility adds to the company’s second plant inaugurated in April 2023 in Salinas Victoria, as well as its first operation in Ciénega de Flores, expanding its production capacity in the state.

Industrial expansion and job creation in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León

Nuevo León continues to strengthen its position as a strategic destination for investment, supported by its competitive advantages, location, and talent base. State Economy Minister Betsabé Rocha said the expansion will contribute to job creation in the region.

“This expansion not only strengthens our industrial base, but also translates into real opportunities for the people of Nuevo León, with the creation of 1,000 new jobs,” she said.

Automotive supply chain and stronger production networks

TDI Manufacturing México is part of China-based Yinlun TDI, a company specialized in thermal management solutions for the automotive industry, with products such as coolers, battery heaters, cooling modules, and radiators. The company has an international presence, with facilities in countries including China, the United States, and Poland.

TDI’s expansion in Nuevo León comes amid continued industrial growth in the region, driven by the relocation of supply chains and the development of new automotive projects.
