Taylor Mexico is born; starts operations of its new plant in Nuevo León

With an investment amount of 50 million dollars , more than 30 million in equipment and a new location in Savy Park , in the El Sabinal Industrial Park , in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Taylor México was born .
At the opening of this new plant dedicated to the manufacture of printed products , which was attended by the founder of the North American company, Glen Taylor; The commercial director of Taylor México, Paola Luna Rodríguez, explained how the path to reach this rebranding has been .
“We as an industry, here in Nuevo León are 17 years old, the company began as Standard Register Latin America and was acquired by Taylor in 2015. Right now the rebranding is for Taylor México .
“It is a plant of 50 million dollars, some investments in equipment of more than 30 million dollars and we bring an impressive portfolio of clients that is supporting us a lot to achieve the sales objectives”, he commented.
Luna Rodríguez assured that the change of location to the El Sabinal Industrial Park will bring them many benefits.
“The location, the space is very good. We are very centrally located for many of our clients, so that favors us a lot for our shipping processes.
“This change will greatly enhance the industry. We are automotive certified and we are working with the best brands. Now that Tesla is starting, we are pre-approved with them and that gives us an impressive projection, ”she emphasized.
Likewise, he said that it is also generating new jobs and, he assured, it will strengthen areas such as Apodaca, Huinalá and everything in the surrounding area in this area.
For its operations, Taylor México has local and international suppliers, as well as some Asian suppliers; In addition, they have flexography, serigraphy, laser, and digital equipment.
“We have a projection that in the next three years we will reach a sales goal of 50 million dollars. The plan, in a projection perhaps in the short or medium term, is to open a plant in South America that allows us to expand due to the clients we handle, ”he assured.
The commercial director of Taylor Mexico pointed out that the plant in Mexico has become an important point for the American company.
“It is becoming one of the main plants, especially because of the interaction that it has on the border with the United States and because of the clients that we manage, so a significant investment is coming.
“Mr. Glen Taylor is very excited, it is the second time he has come to Monterrey; He is a visionary person who has been in the industry for many years and who is betting a lot on Mexico and that is very important for us as a company and for the country.”
