The industrial market in Guadalajara recorded 248,000 m² in new projects during the third quarter of 2024, marking solid progress as a reflection of strong demand.
This growth was driven by new projects, primarily fueled by the development of speculative buildings designed to meet the market’s needs.
According to the data, 82% of the spaces under construction are speculative, while the remaining 18% correspond to Build-to-Suit projects, specifically tailored to meet clients' requirements.
The main development zone is the El Salto industrial corridor, with 242,000 m² under construction, followed by Zapopan Norte, with 13,000 m².
New buildings also began construction during the period in the industrial parks of El Salto Park III, Plataforma Park, Nextipark, and Kampus Santa Rosa 2.
