Siemens Launches Kaizen Factory with 940 Million Pesos Investment

Siemens has inaugurated the Kaizen factory with an investment of 940 million pesos, specializing in the production of panels for electrification control across various industries. This new facility is expected to create 400 new jobs.

Marco Cosío, Vice President of Smart Infrastructure for Siemens Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, emphasized the company's commitment to a growth mindset. He noted that the opening of this plant marks a significant step in their ongoing transformation and serves as a national industry benchmark.

Meanwhile, Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, Secretary of Sustainable Development, highlighted the energy sector as a crucial pillar for the state's economic development. He emphasized that innovations from companies like Siemens contribute to the state's industrial growth and help drive environmental sustainability.

Judith Wiese, Siemens' Global Head of Sustainability, underscored the company's efforts to build competitive, resilient, and sustainable industries by investing in people, technology, and society.

Siemens in Querétaro

The German company has been present in the municipality of Corregidora, Querétaro since 1987, continuously evolving to meet the energy automation needs of various sectors, including automotive, food and beverage, oil and gas, electrical, mining, power transmission and generation, data centers, and renewables, among others.
