Sedesu Queretaro opens the 2023 call for the Business Merit Award

The Secretariat of Sustainable Development of the state of Querétaro opened the 2023 call for the 14th edition of the Business Merit Award (PME), whose objective is to recognize Querétaro companies for their efforts and actions in foreign trade, social responsibility, competitiveness, science and technology, sustainability and environmental responsibility.
The head of the Secretariat for Sustainable Development (Sedesu), Marco Antonio del Prete Tercero, reported that registration for this initiative is free and organizations, companies and public and private institutions may participate, as well as individuals established in the state.
In addition, the Businessman, Executive and Entrepreneur of the Year will also be recognized .
Among the organizations that participate in the coordination of the categories are: the Association of the Export Industry of Querétaro (index), the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (Canacintra), the Science and Technology Council of the State of Querétaro (Concyteq) and the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM).
The registration period will be from June to August of this year. Subsequently, between August and September, the evaluators will tour the participating companies.
The award ceremony is scheduled for December this year.
