Ryder Expands Mexico Operations with New Logistics Complex in Monterrey

During the first half of 2025, INEGI reported a 4.6% increase in industrial activity in Nuevo Le贸n, reinforcing the state鈥檚 role as one of Mexico鈥檚 most dynamic manufacturing hubs. In this context, Ryder Mexico announced the opening of a new warehousing and distribution complex in the metropolitan area of Monterrey, Nuevo Le贸n.
The company stated that the facility is part of its northern Mexico growth strategy and responds to rising logistics demand in the region, particularly from companies operating near the U.S.鈥揗exico border.
Logistics Infrastructure Expansion in Monterrey
The new development adds 54,000 square meters to the largest logistics hub Ryder operates in Mexico. The infrastructure includes:
- A 21,000 m虏 multi-client warehouse with more than 25 loading docks
- A 33,000 m虏 yard designed for the handling and storage of oversized cargo
According to Ryder, the complex has the capacity to receive and dispatch up to 100 freight units per day. The facility was designed to provide flexible logistics services tailored to a wide range of industrial and distribution needs.
Certified for Cross-Border Operations
Ryder emphasized that the complex complies with international security and trade standards, holding certifications such as CTPAT, OEA, and IMMEX. These credentials enable the facility to integrate seamlessly into cross-border trade operations and global supply chain programs.
With this opening, Ryder now operates six locations in Nuevo Le贸n and marks more than 30 years of continuous operations in Mexico. The company confirmed it will continue investing in infrastructure, technology, and innovation to strengthen its logistics solutions portfolio across the country.
