In 2023, San Luis Potosí positioned itself as the second fastest-growing state in terms of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), with an annual growth rate of 8%, according to recently published data by the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (Inegi).

That same year, the state achieved a GDP in constant values of 575.595 billion pesos, driven mainly by a 6.33% annual increase in its secondary sector activity.

The industrial sector in the state is highly competitive, contributing 47.8% of its GDP. This makes San Luis Potosí one of the most dynamic and competitive economies in the country for strengthening value chains.

In this context, as companies increasingly seek greater flexibility and efficiency in their operations, ROCA Desarrollos focuses on developing and leasing industrial buildings that serve as a differentiator for their growth plans.

Amid the nearshoring phenomenon, there is significant demand for Class "A" spaces catering to the manufacturing and logistics sectors.

To address this, ROCA Desarrollos offers available spaces for companies looking to expand in Mexico. For example, the Millennium Industrial Park in San Luis Potosí houses the SL05 industrial building, which spans 22,114 m² (238,034 square feet) and provides strategic connectivity.

“Strategically located with easy access to Highway 57, SL05 is designed to meet your business needs. This facility offers flexibility and efficiency for growing operations,” according to the company.

Like SL05, all of ROCA Desarrollos’ properties adhere to the highest quality standards, allowing the firm to significantly contribute to the growth and development goals of companies operating in Mexico.
