REGS: opens industrial building in Santa Catarina

Intending to serve the demand of industrial spaces of the logistics sector and lean industry, Real Estate Global Service (REGS) opened its industrial building in the 200 Industrial Park, located in the municipality of Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.

The new facilities are located in the Bulevar Luis Donaldo Colosio, close of the deliverance and Anillo Periferico that connects Monterrey with Nuevo Laredo 

“We are talking about a well-located industrial building, it was done to represent a solution towards logistics and light industry companies, and we talk about a property land of 2,300 square meters. We have 2,000 meters of warehouses, with two gaits, two ramps, 200 meters of offices and, of course, it is equipped with restrooms and showers. A light company can be easily installed on a place like this one if needed,” said Sergio Miramontes Garza, real estate representative of REGS.

Miramontes added that the park already has natural gas, which he considered as an important advantage, as it helps satisfying other needs that could emerge from customers, depending on the area of the company to be settled.

“The idea emerged from the need to satisfy the industry needs, mainly the international, which is always seeking a place to distribute its products to the entire country. It is important to add that this building height is of eight meters and 9.5 on its highest side,” he noted.

Regarding other projects, the representative added that they have in mind to start the construction of three additional industrial buildings in the same area, as the recently built is the number 11 and they wish to achieve the 14.

“The industrial real estate market has had a lot of booms and great demand lately, industrial buildings have had high demand, mainly for foreign investors willing to settle and conquer the Mexican market, as in Monterrey, which is a very important location,” he ended.
