Querétaro Business Park opens its Tower II with an investment of 500 million pesos

The real estate developer U-Calli built the Querétaro Business Park Torre II corporate complex , with an investment of 500 million pesos. 

During the opening ceremony, Antonio Elosúa González , co-chairman of the administrative council of U-Calli , recalled that the commitment to invest in Querétaro began eight years ago. The results obtained in that time, he said, have confirmed to them that the correct decision was made. 

“We see Querétaro  as a venue capable of receiving corporations from international firms seeking security, design, and technology.”

Antonio Elosúa shared that Tower I and Tower II , together, have generated more than 2,000 direct jobs and 1,200 indirect jobs during their execution. He also stated that more than 800 million pesos have been invested in both buildings . 

Through a video, Xavier Toussaint Nasta , general director of the developer, highlighted that, with this second phase of the project, they are confident that it will have the best office building in the entity. 

For his part, Mauricio Kuri González , governor of Querétaro , described the work as a symbol of modernity and functionality, which marks the urban landscape of the capital of Querétaro and will contribute to the growth and development of the entity. 

“Here what corresponds to you is that you do very well, because you are investing in the best state, which is Querétaro . I have no doubt that we are in the best moment, in the best place to invest”, he expressed.

On his occasion, Marco Antonio del Prete Tercero , Secretary of State Sustainable Development , said that the corporate complex, located in the vicinity of Antea LifeStyle , adds value to the state, because in addition to generating capital gains, it is a project that transcends and in where, he anticipated, large investments will be made for Querétaro .
