Promynsa opens first hoses and industrial supplies subsidiary

A new supply option enters
the Coahuila industry after opening Promynsa Store, a company dedicated to the
sale of hoses and industrial supplies.
During the opening ceremony
were present Sergio Flores Sanchez, general director of Promynsa; Jaime Guerra
Perez, secretary of Economy; as well as the businessman Arturo Reveles Marquez,
on behalf of the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA,
by its Spanish initials.)
Considered as leaders in
pneumatics and hydraulics, Promynsa is a Coahuila company dedicated to supply hoses
and connections, among other products such as, valves, pumps and materials at
the service of the industry.
Sergio Flores showed great
enthusiasm with the creation of this subsidiary, which he said is the first one
opened to general public and it represented an investment of 5 million pesos
and a generation of 11 jobs.
“We are happy because of
the trust customers have in us to continue supporting them with the solution to
their requirements in the industry,” he explained.
He described the path they
traveled since 2015, when the initiative emerged from a group of young people
lead by him and his sister Linda Flores, who began supplying hoses and
connections to companies such as Deacero, YPC, Plasticos
Flambeu and Flextronics, among other companies in Saltillo and its surrounding
areas, to then add more products such as pistons, valves, pumps, fasteners,
control systems, motors, supplies for molds, automation systems, piping and
industrial tooling.
“Four years
of work have passed by from zero to what we have consolidated now, a suppliers
base of about 42 plants in the Southeast Region,” he added.
Meanwhile, Jaime Guerra underlined the success stories in Coahuila, such as the one of Promynsa, the growth local companies have; in addition of underlining the Triple C Program: Training, Certification and Competitiveness (Capacitacion, Certificaciion y Competitividad in Spanish) to increase companies’ competitiveness.
PLANS
IN SAN LUIS POTOSI
Being a supplier for companies in the State as Daimler, Caterpillar, Delphi, Magna, Adient, Phillips, Mann Hummel, among others, or Continental in Chihuahua or General Motors in San Luis Potosi, opened the opportunity of Promynsa expands its operations outside Coahuila, according to Sergio Flores.
“We
are beginning to move to other cities, we have customers at GM level and we are
looking to being able to consolidate another subsidiary in the area of San Luis
Potosi soon, that is a plan for next year,” ended the CEO of Promynsa.
