Prologis will build three industrial parks in the State of Mexico

The Prologis company , a leader in the development and leasing of industrial real estate, announced the construction of three industrial parks in Cuautitlán, Lerma and Toluca , which involve an investment of almost 5,480 million pesos and will generate 8,700 jobs. 

Since 2002, Prologis has placed its trust in the State of Mexico (Edoméx) where to date they have built 63 industrial parks. In addition, the Cuautitlán Izcalli, Tepotzotlán and Huehuetoca parks announced in 2021 are under development. 

In the presentation, the governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo del Mazo, highlighted that, with the drive and experience of Prologis , Edoméx will continue to attract investment, innovative companies and generate more and better jobs in the entity.

“The Mexican entity advances towards its consolidation as the best logistics destination in the country, which is reflected in the three new industrial parks in charge of the company Prologis, a state development partner that, since 2002, has placed its trust in the talent and capacity of the people of Mexiquense, to promote their growth in Mexico and the Latin American region, as evidenced by these three new projects”.

At the announcement of the investment project were Jesús Barrera Villar, regional vice president of Latin American projects for Prologis in Mexico; Rafael Arias Riveroll, Market Vice President, Central Mexico Region of Prologis, as well as Pablo Peralta, Secretary of Economic Development of the State of Mexico.
