Ozmaq opens their Service Center

Aiming to provide
support for companies from the industrial sector, of San Luis Potosi, as well
as from the Bajio, in addition of offering good service and train personnel,
Ozmaq opened their first Service Center in SLP.
“To increase the
level of services here we will train our customers’ technicians and operators
in order for them fulfill a correct operation, take care of their own lives,
provide maintenance to their machines, the mission is to captivate the customer
through this service,” said Jorge Vina, commercial director of Ozmaq.
Forklift equipment,
platforms, draggers and industrial machinery were installed, in 1,500 square
meters which are used to provide the courses.
Currently, the
Service Center has a workforce of 50 technicians and it is projected to have 15
more.
“We are just starting
with a good work process, training is programmed for 3M and BorgWarner in
January,” said Salvador Ortiz Aguilar, services manager at Ozmaq.
At the ‘Open House’
customers held a tour through the facilities and presented the range of
products that have forklift distribution, lifting platforms for maintenance and
demolition machines.
Meanwhile, Oscar Zamarron, founder of the SLP company explained that the industrial development in the entity has allowed them to grow in an accelerated manner, after 35 years of their creation they have branches in Queretaro, Aguascalientes and Irapuato, coverage in Zacatecas and San Luis Potosi, they have a matrix office and the new Service Center.
“We have grown, additionally, we are part of the Dual Education Model, we are working together with CONALEP and COPARMEX SLP, we already trained six youngsters, to whom we provide a scholarship of 4,000 and they currently entered to our workforce,” he ended.
