As part of its 7th anniversary celebration, Monterrey Digital Hub announced three major milestones that redefine its strategic vision toward 2030. Chief among them was the official launch of the Nuevo León Artificial Intelligence Cluster, a groundbreaking alliance between the private sector, academia, and government aimed at transforming the state into Latin America’s leading hub for industrial and corporate AI.

Backed by major corporations such as FEMSA, CEMEX, IBM, Alfa, Arca Continental, and Banorte, alongside institutions like Tec de Monterrey, UANL, and UDEM, the initiative embraces AI not only as a technology, but as a foundational infrastructure for the future of industry.

A Strategic Platform for Ethical, Scalable AI Adoption

The Nuevo León AI Cluster is designed to serve as a comprehensive platform for the ethical and strategic development of artificial intelligence in key sectors. The initiative will include:

• An industrial AI innovation center
• Specialized testing laboratories
• A regulatory and ethics committee
• Advanced training programs
• Multilateral funding mechanisms to support digital transformation in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and energy
