Nuevo León will expand its industrial real estate infrastructure with the addition of TU Park Apodaca I, a new industrial park to be developed by Thor Urbana. This project aims to strengthen the company’s presence in the Mexican industrial market, leveraging trends such as nearshoring and the growth of foreign direct investment (FDI).
"With TU Park Apodaca I, we reaffirm our commitment to leading innovative projects that meet the needs of the industrial market, positioning ourselves as one of the most important real estate companies in the country," the company stated.
The complex, which will be developed in phases with scheduled deliveries in the second and fourth quarters of 2025, will feature three buildings in Apodaca, covering a total of 450,000 square feet of gross leasable area (GLA).
Through this development, Thor Urbana aims to meet the growing demand for industrial spaces in a strategic region for manufacturing and logistics in Mexico.
TU Park Apodaca I is part of a series of recent acquisitions by Thor Urbana, which now totals over 3.6 million square feet of industrial space in key regions across Bajío and northern Mexico. The company seeks to diversify its portfolio and develop institutional-grade assets, ensuring a high return on investment for its partners and clients.
