Nagarro invests 10 million dollars in expansion of operations in Nuevo León

Nagarro , a global company specialized in Information Technology and digital engineering , announced an investment of 10 million dollars in the expansion of its operations in Nuevo León, with the creation of 500 jobs.

“We are not new to Monterrey, our entry into the country was in Nuevo León. We are a new generation company and we have grown very fast in digital engineering with more than 65% of total growth in the past year,” Sandeep Anand, Head of Nagarro Business Unit, commented in the investment announcement .

The company is from Germany, although it had its origins in Silicon Valley and India, he explained, " we are a group of good entrepreneurs and designers, that spirit extends to 33 countries, delivering solutions from 56 nationalities."

Some of his clients from the automotive sector are Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Suzuki , airlines around the world and global companies such as Siemens, Bosch, Schneider Electric , he mentioned.

Sandeep Anand highlighted the fact that the governor of Nuevo León, Samuel García Sepúlveda, the Secretary of Economy, Iván Rivas; the Undersecretary of Investment, Emanuel Loo, and representatives of the Universities.

“We found a great ally in the academy that supports the industry. We want to continue advancing committed to investing more and bringing new experiences to other parts of the world, such as New York, Vienna and Munich; as well as some public sector venues in India and South Africa,” he said.

For his part, Rodrigo Cruz Díaz, Regional representative of Servicios Nagarro, " we have come to announce a milestone, 10 million dollars of investment in the coming years, we are leaders in digital engineering, we help to convert innovative companies, with digitization in the Cloud and the Metaverse.

He said that the company is governed by values ​​such as the promise to the client to put innovation at the center. 

“The secret of our success is to hire the best talent and offer the best solutions, that will never change”, highlighted Rodrigo Cruz.

In turn, the governor of Nuevo León highlighted that, “in Mexico, 50% of nearshoring  came to Nuevo León. Times of prosperity are coming for Nuevo León never seen before, an economic boom that we are going to lack hands to start all the infrastructure, all the projects that are going to be required”.

He emphasized that the state has a good level of education, quality of life, and entrepreneurs, and it has a lot to offer in terms of well-prepared engineers and technicians in software development.

For example, during the past year, the state captured 9.2% more Foreign Direct Investment than in 2021, with 4,397 million dollars. The information technology and software sector last year represented 6% of the foreign investment that came to Nuevo León, said the president.
