Monterrey Tech Park: A New Investment Hub in Marín, Nuevo León"

Grupo Frisa has begun the construction of its new industrial park, "Monterrey Tech Park," with an investment of 2.5 million pesos (MXN). Located in Marín, Nuevo León, the park spans an area of 27 hectares and has a leasable area of 160,000 square meters, designed to attract both national and international investments.

The new project has the potential to create around 1,500 direct jobs, strengthening the industrial infrastructure of the region. Additionally, it aims to foster a dynamic and vibrant technological ecosystem.

"Monterrey Tech Park" is part of a series of projects at the national level that seek to position Grupo Frisa as a key player in the country's economic and urban development.

With more than 50 years of experience, Grupo Frisa has demonstrated its expertise in developing residential subdivisions, industrial parks, shopping centers, and tourism projects.
