Meor announces a landmark $800M investment in Tijuana with the HubsPark Tech Campus, a next-generation industrial and tech park designed to attract global companies and drive regional growth.
Mexican developer Meor has announced the construction of its fourth industrial park in Tijuana: HubsPark Tech Campus, an ambitious five-phase project that will integrate manufacturing, technology, and business services within a single strategic location.
The first phase is already underway, backed by an initial investment of $150 million USD and covering 120,000 m² of construction. It includes three industrial buildings built to the highest market standards. Once completed over the next seven years, the full development will span 167 hectares and total more than $800 million USD in investment. The project is expected to generate 6,000 direct jobs and 10,000 indirect jobs in one of Mexico’s most promising logistics corridors.
HubsPark Tech Campus: Empowering Talent and Infrastructure in Tijuana
The campus stands out not just for its scale, but for the vision it embodies. Strategically located just 22 minutes from Zona Río and 15 minutes from the financial district, the park is designed to meet the demands of global companies, especially those in advanced manufacturing, logistics, and tech innovation.
According to Meor, this is not just another industrial park—it’s a next-generation hub that seeks to redefine how companies operate and grow in northern Mexico. By combining state-of-the-art infrastructure with proximity to talent and supply chains, Meor is creating a new benchmark for industrial development in the region.
One Hub Solution: A Fully Integrated Business Platform
Through its One Hub Solution initiative, Meor plans to offer more than just industrial space. The campus will feature commercial areas, recreational spaces, and a comprehensive platform of services aimed at accelerating the operations of resident companies.
From transportation and HR services to accounting and institutional support, the One Hub Solution model is designed to foster fast, seamless integration into the local ecosystem. This integrated approach will allow businesses to operate efficiently and focus on growth from day one.
The first phase includes three industrial buildings—two of which are currently under construction. These facilities will feature 32-foot ceilings, loading docks, fully equipped office space, and robust power infrastructure, ideal for companies with high energy demands and complex manufacturing processes.
Tijuana: Mexico’s Emerging High-Tech Manufacturing Hub
With the third largest concentration of engineers in Mexico, Tijuana has evolved from a manufacturing stronghold into a leading center for logistics and technology. According to local and state authorities, projects like HubsPark Tech Campus will be essential to sustaining this momentum and attracting continued foreign investment.
“This project underscores Tijuana’s status as an engine of economic growth for Baja California,” stated local officials, praising Meor for its commitment to high-quality infrastructure and long-term development in the region.
With four active developments in Tijuana, Meor is cementing its position as one of the most active industrial developers on Mexico’s northern border. HubsPark Tech Campus is poised to become not only a physical space but also a platform for innovation, employment, and industrial integration—a key player in shaping the future of Mexican manufacturing.
