MEOR, a real estate company dedicated to the investment and development of the commercial and industrial area, presented the construction of a customized industrial project of more than 350 million pesos for the Korean company LogisALL.
The company develops commercial and industrial real-estate projects linked with an AAA chain that will lease such property.
The property is located in the Asia Pacific Park, located in Pesqueria, Nuevo Leon, it will have 7.2 hectares of property land and 42,500 square meters of construction in all its stages.
LOGISALL will serve the northern area of Mexico and south of the United States, encouraging the growth of the automotive industry with packaging technology. The first stage of the project will be delivered completely in February 2020.
“We have fulfilled an excellent work with Pesqueria and the park owner to star moving lands even before. The real estate market is not very large, there is a wide number of players and we work quickly and with flexibility. It is a project in which we have been working hard for our customers,” said Jonathan Pomerantz, director of industrial projects of MEOR.
Regarding future projects, the directive said that they will be starting in less than a month in Silao, Quintana Roo and Merida, besides having a property land of 30,000 square meters and another one of 12,000 in Sonora.
“There are also commercial projects to bring services closer to people. We also have distribution centers of sectors like food, sodas, automotive industry, home appliances, and many others nationwide willing to be present in different states,” he ended.
It is expected that LOGISALL will generate 300 direct jobs and about 700
indirect ones with its operations.
