Lintel inaugurates its corporate offices in Guanajuato Puerto Interior

Grupo Lintel inaugurated its corporate building in Parque Guanajuato Puerto Interior , where other companies will be able to work, dispatch and hold business meetings .

The corporate offices of the Center-Bajío have first-class infrastructure, with public and private participation in the most dynamic area of ​​industrial development in the country.

Lintel offers companies office spaces that adapt to their needs , through a modular system that saves construction time, respects the natural environment and low maintenance.

There are 640 square meters with offices, a lobby, meeting rooms, private cubicles, an open work area, a cafeteria and an outdoor dining room. It should be noted that Constructora Lintel emerged in 1983 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, with a group of entrepreneurs who were pioneers in industrial development in Mexico.

In 1999 they started their first own industrial project in Guanajuato and currently have 11 industrial parks installed in the Bajío area thanks to the joint work of the state government with private initiative.

In Guanajuato these industrial parks are: Las Colinas in Silao, Colinas de León, Colinas del Rincón, Colinas de León II, Colinas de Apaseo and forming part of the largest complex in Latin America, Guanajuato Puerto Interior, with the parks Santa Fe I, II , III and IV; in San Luis Potosí is Colinas de San Luis; while Jalisco is home to Colinas de Lagos .

Lintel  and its affiliated companies have designed and built more than 265 projects of various characteristics and specifications in 20 cities in the country , with a total area of ​​more than 2.7 million square meters.

This company has contributed to the transformation of the country's industrial panorama, and as a whole adds the installation of more than 2,200 hectares of parks, with an approximate investment of 600 million dollars in world-class infrastructure , with the capacity to house more of 250 companies.

Present at the inauguration of these facilities were Adrián Lugo and José Arturo Crespo Pavón, CEO and CFO of Grupo Lintel, respectively; as well as the municipal president of Silao, Carlos García Villaseñor; the secretary of Sustainable Economic Development, Ramón Alfaro Gómez; the secretary of Social and Human Development, Jesús Oviedo Herrera and the general director of the Guanajuato Puerto Interior Park, Héctor López Santillana, among other guests.
