Félix Morales, National Sales Manager of Lincoln Electric Mexico, welcomed attendees and highlighted the company’s evolution toward a more customer-centric approach focused on delivering value through specialized solutions.

Luis Domingo Juárez, Director of Distribution and Retail, referenced Lincoln Electric’s legacy and the philosophy that has guided its growth for more than a century, emphasizing Mexico’s role in this new stage.

“At Lincoln, there is a phrase that defines us: ‘make things happen.’ After 130 years, in Mexico we will make even more happen, together with our customers,” he stated.

Raúl Aristizabal, Managing Director of Lincoln Electric Mexico and Colombia, highlighted the transformation underway in the company’s local operations, driven by internal changes and the collaborative efforts of local teams.

“Today, something new and transformative is happening in Mexico. I dare say it: today we are a new company. Despite more than 130 years of history, the transformation we are experiencing in Mexico is real and begins from within,” he noted.

Albert Castillo, Vice President of Sales for the Americas, emphasized Mexico’s strategic importance within the company’s regional operations and reaffirmed its long-term commitment to investment and growth in the country.

“This investment in Mexico is a clear sign of our long-term commitment to the country. And this is just the beginning—more is coming. We will continue investing to improve our service, become more agile, and respond faster to market needs. From the corporate level, there is full confidence in the talent in Mexico to take operations to the next level,” he said.

Pedro Muñoz, ARC & Business Development Manager, presented the ARC Monterrey in detail, outlining its technical capabilities focused on solution development, training, and direct collaboration with customers.

The center is part of the company’s global strategy and is positioned as one of its main hubs in Mexico, integrating application development, training, and advanced technical support in welding.

With an area of approximately 2,500 square meters within a larger 5,000-square-meter complex, the ARC Monterrey features specialized infrastructure, including state-of-the-art robotic cells, cutting systems, advanced welding stations, and dedicated areas for training and testing.

“The ARC is our technical backbone; here we develop solutions alongside our customers, from testing specific parts to complete projects,” he explained.

The facility also includes Customer Experience areas for technical meetings, modular training rooms with capacity for up to 100 people, and a welding school equipped with extraction systems and industrial-grade equipment.

In addition, it integrates a showroom and technical product sales area, expanding its scope beyond application development into a more comprehensive offering for the market.

During the tour, it was highlighted that the center will allow customers to collaborate directly with Lincoln Electric specialists to optimize processes, validate solutions, and strengthen their operations, with technical support before, during, and after implementation.

The opening of this ARC reinforces the company’s presence in Nuevo León—one of Mexico’s leading industrial hubs—and responds to the growing demand for more specialized solutions tailored to manufacturing challenges.
